As a strength coach for over thirty years, Reb Brock has trained professional, collegiate and elite amateur athletes, as well as four years as a Muscle Rehabilitation Specialist working in conjunction with physical therapists, athletic trainers and orthopedic surgeons at one of the most highly regarded sports medicine facilities in
the Southwest.

For the past two decades Brock’s focus has been in the area of sport performance training of the pre-pubescent and pubescent athlete. A graduate and football letterman of Indiana University, Brock is a published author and speaker in the area of sport performance training.

Brock has been a professional member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) since 1984, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) since 1994. Brock was certified by USA Weightlifting (USAW) as a Level I Olympic Weightlifting Coach in 1995, and earned his National Level Olympic Weightlifting certification in 1999.

Brock currently serves as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for Harker Heights High School.  His passion remains working with kids and elevating their game on and off the field.
